Thank you for choosing vibegown.com! We specialize in premium women’s gowns for special occasions, and we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and ready to wear. Below is our shipping policy to guide you through our process, timelines, and terms.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (your local time) will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons, such as wedding season, holidays, or major sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options to suit your needs, with availability varying by location:
Standard Shipping Estimated delivery takes 5–10 business days. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $100, and a flat rate of $6.99 applies to orders under $100.
Expedited Shipping Estimated delivery takes 2–4 business days, available to most U.S. locations for a flat rate of $14.99. This option is recommended for customers needing their gown for upcoming events.
International Shipping Estimated delivery takes 12–25 business days, with a flat rate of $19.99. Please note that duties and taxes may apply to international orders.
6. Shipping Issues & Damaged Packages
Once your order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@vibegown.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
7. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase before it enters processing. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to modify your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@vibegown.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
